At this time of year, we tend to partake in the same annual endeavour. We take the time to reflect on the year gone by and we decide what we’d like to change. We set New Year’s Resolutions with good intentions and with every optimism that they will work.

But, no matter how heartfelt the intention, by the second week of January most of them are broken. And what follows is disappointment, lethargy and hopelessness.

Out of the Resolution Rut is grounded in evidence-based tools, strategies, and techniques. When you sign up, you'll enter your email address and be invited to a private group.
Starting on Monday January 9th, 2023 and ending on Tuesday January 7th, 2023 you'll be sent a daily email with an evidence-based practice or activity to help support your resolution goals.
